3D holograph Projector

hologram,holograph

With many of the latest versions of cinema great budget should be available in 3D and 3D everyone’s talking about the future of television, many eyes are starting to focus on 3D hologram projections … without glasses!

Where this technology is originated from?

3D holographic projection technology is based on an illusionary technique called “Ghost Peppers” and was used in Victorian London theatres in 1860. Spirit of pepper typically used to create figures as ghost onstage. Hidden from public view, an actor dressed in a spectral costume should stand in front of a glass plate tilted. The public would be able to see the glass, but not the actor directly. Lighting specifically angled would reflect image of actor in plate glass, would appear to be a ghost transparent like reflection in front of the public. Cutting or fading lighting could also add the spectral effect.

How do I use today this technology?

With the use of newer HD projectors, CGI animation, film HD specialist techniques and special effects created in post production, technology ghost pepper has been updated for the 21st century. Instead of the real object or reflection of the person that appears on a sheet of glass, high-definition video and CGI animation is beamed directly on a transparent film specially designed, chemically treated using a HD projector high power. Although much more expensive, this modern approach translates into a much more clear, credible hologram projection.

What type of images can be projected as holograms?

Thanks to the modern approach to project CGI animations and pre-recorded movies, almost anything is possible. Often has adopted the approach “blank canvas”, creating a storyboard only limited by imagination. The storyboard can then be delivered to a CGI animation team that can make it come to life using the latest 3D software such as Maya or 3ds max.

Real people can be shot giving a speech, dance or presentation, for example, and then be projected as 3D Holograms. Holographic special effects can be added in post-production to make a beam of life-like person in the room, the style of Star Trek, or have their product appear and turn over their head at the click of their fingers.

Who used 3D Holographic projections and why?

In August 2009, Endemol, producers of the popular reality TV show big brother, collaborating with holographic projections activ8-3D, of beams housemates friends and families in house to deliver messages of support and encouragement. The messages have been pre-recoded using HD cameras and specifically angled lighting. A phase was rigged inside the Chamber big brother House activity, compiling a HD projector, Media Player, lighting and sound equipment. Each housemate entered the room, in turn, and took a seat in front of the stage. On cue, the housemate family member or a friend was beamed at the stage before delving their message. Although the hologram Displays were difficult to judge on television screens in 2D, the event was hailed as a great success, evoking brilliant reactions by the housemates who made for great TV.

“Another message screen on video isn’t a touch on this. They are in front of you – none of this flat panel plasma or – are really there. “exclaimed, David.

“Is beautiful. Is how you want to touch it. Don’t believe us. I’m shaking, “replied Lisa.

In January 2009, Coco-Cola gave a presentation of sale Prague Conference for over 800 people. Senior management of the company were beams as 3D holograms in phase, before giving a presentation of how Coca Cola Coco has evolved over the years. The contents of the presentation was also in the form of 3D holographic projections. The piece of the Center was a gigantic 3D hologram Coco-Cola branded spinning clock, which represents the progression of time. A showcase of bottles of Coca-Cola Coco previous, logos and labels between other objects were screened as display 3D Holograms to create the first 3D holographic projection of Prague.

What range of dimensions you can view in holographic projections?

This technology has been known to zoom out to view as small as a hologram ten inches. The smallest range of holographic display units, ranging from ten-inch television monitors are predominantly used for retail, exhibitions and point of sale. Companies brand famous as diesel, have used this type of holographic display in their window.

One of the largest holographic projections to date was in South Africa in 2007. A holographic projection screen, 12 meters wide, 4-meter height stretched on a stage in front of 700 officials BMW, celebrating the launch of the latest X 6 model. Increasing the size of the stage and the number of projectors, there is no limit to the maximum size of holographic projection screens.

What other technologies are used together with 3D hologram projections?

Activ8-3D holographic projection specialists in London, have recently developed motion capture systems for a couple of 3D holographic projections. Motion capture systems are far from a new technology. An actor who wears a suit of capture movement may have his movements gathered through various sensors. These movements can then be played back in real time on a screen in the form of an animated character. Work with hologram display technology, these characters may become life size 3D holographic animated characters, both technologies working together to complement each other perfectly.

Projection Screens hologram also recently have seen progress in public interactivity. Using a wireless remote, you can move the holographic projections around the stage, flip on their x and y axis and can also be programmed to start or stop an animation on the click of a button.

What is the future of 3-d holographic projection?

3D holographic projection technology has clearly a great future ahead. As this audio visual display continues to gain credibility of high-profile, there are likely to see more advertising companies for their products or marketing their businesses in this way. Whether large product launches big budget or retail POS systems smaller, they are likely to become the world of advertising.

Where can I see an example of this technology?

A demonstration of 3D holographic projection can be seen at the Movieum London Museum, located in Westminster, England. The company behind it, 3D holographic projections, activ8-are showcasing their large-scale spectacle and holographic display event, their exposure to medium and small size and display hologram of retail, as well as motion capture and interactive systems.
